Beautiful ruby red color. Elegant nose: black fruits like cassis, black cherry and plum. The palate shows good acidity and balance, ripe and soft tannins, floral and spicy notes with a long finish.
Pairs well with BBQ pork ribs, Asian stir-fry and roasted vegetables.

It matured in 400-liter French oak barrels for 16 months.Wine Advocate August 2021
The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Lazuli from Maipo spent 16 months in 225- and 400-liter French oak barrels, one-third of them new. Garnet in color. The ripe, fragrant nose features black currant, mint and menthol aromas along with hints of black pepper and licorice over the bed of wood. Classical in style, the alcoholic kick making this a slightly warm red with polished tannins. A ripe wine made in a warm year with a notably intense aftertaste.Vinous May 2021
