Tech Details
50% from San Luis Obispo & 50% from Paso Robles. In San Luis Obispo County 2022 provided dry, hot days followed by cool nights, giving the grapes a perfect growing season with minimal frost issues. Mother Nature creates the perfect conditions for beautiful phenolic maturity and the grapes were harvested slightly earlier than usual. Dry conditions in Paso Robles led to smaller, but more concentrated grapes.
Aging: Whole fruit press, cold fermentation. No oak and no malolactic fermentation, judicious lees stirring for richness.
