An elegant Andean Cabernet with purity of local Macul expression.
Nice ruby red color. Very elegant nose, combining fresh red fruit, cassis and spices. Nice structure and smooth on the palate, red fruit and a note of toasted oak. Soft and round tannins, very well balanced with a long aftertaste.
A great wine to pair with a hangar steak, roasted duck, or a juicy cheeseburger.
An 85/15 Cabernet Sauvignon/Syrah from Maipo, 50% aged for eight months in French oak. Cherry red in color, it offers a complex nose of black currants, sour cherries, wax and mint that subsequently gives way to camphor. Smooth with polished tannins and a delicate flow over the tongue, it is very classic in its lines and pure forms.Vinous March 2020
The aromatic and expressive 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon from the Aquitania range mixed some varietal notes with some more fruit-driven ones, reminiscent of peaches and even flowers. The palate is soft and elegant, with fine tannins, easy to drink and very pleasant with a peppery finish. It contains some 15% Syrah, but as 85% of the volume is Cabernet, it can be labeled as a varietal red.The Wine Advocate October 2018
