‘Find your passion’ with Angel Paulucci riding through his Ugarteche vineyards in his 1933 Model A.
Aromas of red cherries, raspberries, and violets along with notes of toasty oak. On the palate, fresh berries with spice and a hint of soft caramel on the finish.
It goes great with everything from meats, to pasta, to mild cheeses. Unique recipe ideas include: Lamb burger with Manchego and Smoked Paprika, or Caramelized Onion and Butternut Squash Tart.
A generous and lively malbec that marries berry ripeness with herbal freshness. This is a very easy wine to enjoy, thanks to its juiciness and a nice touch of sappy freshness at the finish. Drink now!James Suckling March 2019
The 2018 Paulucci Malbec is harmonious and expressive, clean and young, with good freshness and varietal aromas of violets and wild berries with just a spicy and smoky twist. It's very tasty, serious and with a dry finish. The Wine Advocate October 2019
Good dark ruby. Crushed blackberry and cassis aromas are complicated by a licorice nuance. Pliant and nicely concentrated, showing a penetrating sweetness as well as sound framing acidity to its red and darker berry and dark chocolate flavors. Spreads out nicely to saturate the palate on the back end, finishing with a broad dusting of tannins and a building floral element. A very expressive Malbec, and a steal for the price. The vines here are reportedly close to 50 years old.Vinous September 2019
