Winemaker Jimena Lopez made this wine to experiment with one of her favorite varietals. Balanced, elegant with a distinctive spice from the Cabernet Franc varietal.

Tasting Notes

Delicate and elegant wine with floral aromas and notes of raspberry, cherry and sweet pepper.

Food Pairing

This is a very food friendly wine and pairs perfectly with roasted chicken, lamb gyros or soft cheeses.

This has a gently leafy array of fresh red berries with red flowers, too. The palate has a very succulent, plush and even-paced feel with innate balance and fresh red-fruit flavor. Sits fresh on the finish. James Suckling April 2020

This Cabernet Franc is made with grapes from Pedriel grown in ancient stony beds by the Mendoza River and 100% aged for 12 months in French oak. It is a deep red in the glass with a purple sheen, and delivers thyme and mint notes along with spice and well-nuanced fruit such as raspberry. Delicate but flavorful, it has a velvety feel and elegant subtle finish. Vinous October 2020

Tech Details

Graffito Cabernet Franc is hand-harvested in Perdriel (Lujan de Cuyo) from vineyards planted in soil of clay and loam. The wine is aged for 15 months in second and third use French barrels.
